IGC Home Services is a family owned and operated company founded in 1997 by Les Howington. We specialize in all aspects of home repairs and renovations. What sets us apart from other general contracting companies is that Les, the owner is on every job from start to finish and all work is performed by IGC employees. The only sub trades we use are licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC contractors. Several advantages to this are job quality remians high, work progress stays on schedule, problems are addressed quickly, any change order decisions can be made immediately on site and you are always dealing with the same person from job start to finish without any middlemen.

Our workers are highly skilled in their areas of expertise. We are not "Handymen". We have employees that specialize in specific areas of home repairs and remodeling. You wouldn't want a painter putting on a new roof or a plumber building your kitchen cabinets would you? We have the right people for the right job to ensure that the work is being done to the customers expectations and that we are providing professional results.

We currently staff 3 full time employees and 3 part time so no job is too big or too small. We have an extensive assortment of professional tools and equipment, including self contained trailers with generators to supply power.
